Is following more important than leading?

Great lesson - on leadership AND dancing!

Turns out, being the first follower may be more important than being the leader! Have always loved this TED talk from Derek Sivers. Holds up year after year (and is less than 3 minutes long for us ADD folks!)

How many times have we thought about jumping in but fear or embarrassment kept us from being the first one out there? It might serve us well to JOIN in rather than JUMP in at times.
